Sigma Rotery Screw Compressors

Kaeser’s rotary screw air compressors feature the proprietary Sigma Profile airend. Available from 3 to 600 hp with capacities from 5 to 3,308 cfm, and pressuresup to 217 psig, all units are fully packaged, ready for hook-up.

Reciprocating Compressors

Kaeser's reciprocating compressors are manufactured according to the same strict quality standards as our rotary screw compressors.? All components are made from premium grade materials and engineered for years of outstanding performance and reliable service.?

Booster Compressors

These single stage units increase air system pressure up to 650 psig. Units are baseplate-mounted and range in size from ? - 60 hp with capacities to 720 cfm. Booster compressors are ideal for many applications where a moderate amount of high-pressure plant air is required.

Oil-free / Dental Compressors

Oil-less reciprocating units are available with capacities from 1.2 to 18 cfm and pressures to 100 psig. Perfect for dental offices, these units feature one or two base-mounted compressors. All units come fully assembled and ready for installation.

Portable Compressors

Available in a wide range of models from 45 – 950 cfm at 100 psig, these units feature the power-saving Sigma profile airend, heavy-duty, industrial engine, and a cold start battery. A complete line of accessories and air tools are also available.

Refrigerated Air Dryers

Units offered for capacities from 20 – 20,000 scfm. Non-cycling, cycling and Dual Control Dryers provide maximum efficiency by offering the best drying solutions for a wide array of applications. Simple Controls, a stainless steel separator and electric demand drains provide low pressure drops and reliability.

Dessicant Air Dryers

Available from 25 – 5,400 scfm, these heatless regenerative dryers produce pressure dewpoints as low as -100F. Kaeser’s Breathing Air Systems, externally heated KEP dryers and KBP blower purge dryers complete Kaeser’s comprehensive desiccant dryer line. ?

Membrane Dryer

The Kaeser Modular Membrane Dryer (KMM)?produces pressure dewpoints to -40°F.? It is perfect for?small to medium compressed air systems.?KMM's do not require?electricity or cooling water, which simplifies installation even in existing systems.??They are particularly effective in reaching low pressure dewpoints when used with a refrigerated dryer and installed at the point of use.?

Filters

Designed with housings that have larger flow areas to ensure low pressure drop, these filters provide easy installation, operation and maintenance. Kaeser filters maintain high capture rates and filtration efficiencies across a wide range of flows , 20 to 21,250 scfm.

Rotary Screw Vacuum Packages

Available with capacities ranging from 168 – 555 acfm and 99.9% final vacuum and are equipped with 10 hp to 40 hp TEFC motors. Switchable DUAL/modulation control and an externally mounted vacuum filter in the suction line are standard.

Breathing Air Systems

The Kaeser Breathing Air System (KBS) is a complete purification system.? It is designed to remove?contaminants such as moisture, solid particles, oil or oil vapors, carbon monoxide and?hydrocarbons from normal compressed air. The KBS meets all?quality requirements and?international standards such as OSHA, CSA, ISO 12021 and DIN 3188.

Air Receivers

Air receivers are essential to every compressed air system to act as buffer and storage mediums; vertical versions occupy less floor space. Air receivers an also be used as initial separators to remove condensate carried in the compressed air. In such cases, they should be fitted with an automatic condensate drain (ECO DRAIN). All KAESER air receivers come as standard with a set of suitable fittings.

Condensate Drains

Kaeser’s Automatic Drains like the Automatic Magnetic Drain (AMD) and the award-winning Eco-Drain provide reliability and reduce maintenance. Timed Electric Traps and Automatic Drain Traps complete the compressed air treatment product line.

Condensate Management

The Aquamat System automatically removes lubricant from compressor condensate. This allows for easy and economical disposal of compressed air condensate in an environmentally responsible way. The low maintenance system requires no electricity for operation.

Designed to withstand heat, pressure and contaminants, the Sigma 4000 series offers semi-synthetic lubricants and the Sigma 8000 is a fully synthetic lubricant line. Omega blower fluids withstand high temperatures, are non-toxic and separate readily from water.
